Handcrafted in the UK with 100+ fabrics to choose from. Here are quick answers on fabrics, sizing, delivery, storage and returns. Still unsure? Our team will happily help.

Can I order fabric swatches before I buy?

Yes, and we recommend it. Fabric swatches let you check the colour, texture and finish in your own lighting before committing. Visit our Fabric Samples page to choose from our Naples, Crushed Velvet and Plush Velvet ranges.

What's the difference between Naples, Crushed Velvet and Plush Velvet?

Will the fabric colour match what I see on screen?

Can I choose any fabric for any bed frame?

What bed sizes do you offer?

Can I add storage?

Does the bed frame include a mattress?

Is assembly difficult?

How long does delivery take?

As all our beds are handcrafted to order in the UK, delivery typically takes 7–14 working days, depending on your chosen design and fabric. Once your order is ready for delivery, you'll receive a confirmation via email and text message with your scheduled delivery date and time slot.

Do you offer free UK delivery?

We offer FREE delivery across eligible mainland UK areas on all orders. Please note that we currently do not deliver to Northern Ireland, and certain remote locations may be excluded or subject to additional charges. For full details, please refer to our Delivery Policy.
