Gave 4 stars as the communication could have been better once the sale went through, I had to email to ask when it was being delivered as I hadn’t heard anything for 4 days after purchase and I was worried it was a scam, but it wasn’t the bed is lovely and true two delivery men who put the bed together too were very polite and helpful, I would use to is company again.

The bed arrived within the estimated time frame and although there were no written instruction on how to put it together the men who delivered it explained which piece was which and how to connect them. They were really kind and helpful as although I had only asked for door stop delivery them bought each piece into the house for me when they realised I couldn’t lift it myself. The bed itself is very sturdy, made of good quality, looks great and is I very comfy. I am really pleased with my purchase. Thank you!

The bed is great but disappointed with the communication from the company, when we ordered this it advised 3-5 days delivery, when confirmed that changed to 7-14 days. I then had to email this week, leading up to day 14 to ask where the bed was and if it would be delivered pre day 14. Immediately from that email I got a delivery notification. Also looks like the bed was in storage for a while so potentially could have been delivered sooner. Poor communication but bed is great.
